DAVIES EDUCATION
What we’re all about…
The purpose of education is to provide the opportunity to explore your own strengths, develop your own interests and use them as a vehicle for your curiosity towards the world around you.
Curiosity is what drives us, so naturally we should use this to drive our learning experience.
Learning should be fun.
Learning should be exciting.
Learning should be different.
I don’t just mean different to what is in schools, I mean different for everyone.
We all have different strengths, interests and learning styles that need to be catered to and supported.
To build a life long love of learning there are essential skills you need to know about yourself.
Curiosity begins with an essential question…
“What would happen if…?”
“How does…?”
“Do you think…?”
“Why…?”
As we ask these questions and explore the answers. We discover things we are really interested in and find skills we are really good at. This is how we discover our strengths and interests that become our foundation for exploring and understanding the world.
Using our passions and strengths as a vehicle for exploring provides us with a safe base to jump into any learning challenge and tackle it with a natural joy and curiosity for learning.
This inquiry base model is the foundation for our programs. We create a framework to scaffold families and educational communities through their individual inquiry into various topic and projects.
Learning is natural.
We are all here for a purpose.
We all have different gifts to share with the world.
Let’s discover them together.

What We Do
At Davies Education we support parents in creating learning programs specifically designed for your child’s strengths, interests and learning needs across all subject areas. We provide a range of options from Predesigned Courses to Membership Programs.
We engage the whole family by providing you with the tools and understanding through our short courses for parents as well as learners. We can guide you step by step in understanding your learner’s strengths, interests and learning styles and how to develop an integrated learning program using your child’s interests as the theme for investigation.
This approach is essential even when ‘unschooling’ as it creates the planning framework required for home school registration and reporting. This will also give you an idea of the kind of evidence you need to collect and record for your reporting requirements.
In our parent courses, we go into detail about integrated learning, working with neurodiversity and tips and tools for catering to all learning needs.
We provide frameworks that are adaptable to the needs of your family with samples of how outcomes can be achieved.
We also have a range of Predesigned Courses using the integrated curriculum model containing set content with downloadable framework, videos and lesson plans as well as a range of programs that are interactive with frequently updated content on a membership basis.
In our Membership Programs, we provide dedicated forums for Parent Q & A as well as Student Forums for ‘Kids Teaching Kids’.
These forums will be part of our dedicated Davies Education App (COMING SOON) which you can download for free. This App will enable a safe space for all to share questions and learning experiences free from social media.
Our App gives you the freedom to access content wherever you are – in fact, we encourage it.
With the option of Predesigned Courses and Membership Programs, at Davies Education we provide you with many and varied options to cater to the needs of your family in this life-long learning journey.
